Sol Kyung-gu explodes back onto the screen as detective Kang Chul-joong in the third
instalment of the Public Enemy series. After 15 years of being on the police force, Chul-joong finds himself in a financial crisis, regretting the choice to become a detective.
Especially since all the criminals he has thrown into prison are going better than the
detective. However his anger for justice re-emerges when he learns of Jae-young, a
successful but corrupt business owner who uses young children for his criminal deeds.
Again Chul-joong puts everything on the line to expose Jae-young.
