LKFF 2018 Special Focus Announced: A Slice of Everyday Life
Over the past few years the London Korean Film Festival has introduced a Special Focus to our programme. This strand is based around a specific theme that showcases relevant films, both old and new, and compliments them with in-depth discussions, roundtable events, Q&As and more. Last year we journeyed into the dark heart of Korean Cinema with 'Korean Noir, Illuminating the Dark Side of Society' while 2016 saw us explore 'The Lives of Korean Women Through the Eyes of Women Filmmakers'.
This year’s Special Focus is called 'A Slice of Everyday Life'. We'll be drawing attention to familiar yet poetic stories of ordinary people from all backgrounds, and unveil the richness of daily existence.
We'll announce the full list of titles, as well as the rest of our 2018 line-up at our final Teaser Screening and Programme Launch event on Monday 17 September at Regent Street Cinema.
Tickets are available now.
