In the future robots have replaced humans as a labour workforce and are
treated like slaves, but at the Temple of the Heavens, robot RU-4 has somehow
reached enlightenment. Sceptical but also worried about the ramifications of
such a being, RU-4’s manufacturers decide to terminate the robot. However
the monks believe their friend, RU-4 to have a soul and stand against the corporation. But after a heated spiritual vs. survival debate who will triumph?
